- Page 22 - 23. From July 2009 the Diploma of Built Environment will change to a Category 1 course with Certificate IV, UPP and Diploma programs taught at CIC with no quota restrictions. Students who successfully complete the Diploma will progress to the second year of their chosen course with Curtin University in Architecture Science, Interior Architecture, Construction Management and Economics or Urban and Regional Planning.
